Born out of a passion for the building science and desire to help home buyers with their potential home purchase, we specialize in performing a comprehensive residential home inspections that meet, and in some areas exceed, the New York state’s standard of practice — the guidelines for residential home inspection. In addition to traditional ways, we utilize high-tech technologies to discover and report as many deficiencies and house safety hazards as possible.
Not all home inspectors are created equal. We go above and beyond to provide value to our customers. Each year we dedicate hundreds of hours to continuing education to keep up with technology and modern construction safety standards. Our goal is to be able to point out as many deficiencies and safety concerns as visually observable in a building we inspect.
